Carter J. Dillard is formerly Of Counsel to HSUS and has served as its Director of Farm Animal Litigation and as a staff attorney. From 2004-2005, Dillard was General Counsel for Compassion Over Killing. In June 2010 Dillard became the Director of Litigation at the radical Animal Legal Defense Fund.
