Cristobel “Kitty” Block

 Cristobel "Kitty" Block is the vice president of Humane Society International. She oversees HSI efforts to enforce several animal-rights agreements, including the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora and Species Survival Network, the International Whaling Commission, and the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission.

Before joining HSUS, she was an employee at PETA. She received a law degree from George Washington University in 1990.
