Jennifer Hillman is the director of ballot issue campaigns for HSUS, based in Seattle. She oversees lobbying activities in Washington State. Previously, she was the deputy director for campaigns to ban hog gestation crates and veal crates in Arizona, and mourning dove hunting in Michigan, during the 2006 election season.
In 2010, Hillman declared herself to the Ohio elections board as a paid petitioner to develop support for an HSUS-backed initiative to enforce strict livestock regulations on Ohio farms.
Prior to joining HSUS, Jennifer was a senior advocate at the Progressive Animal Welfare Society in Lynnwood, Washington.
