 Katie Lisnik is the Maine State Director for HSUS, responsible for legislative and lobbying activities in that state. She joined HSUS in 2007 after a stint as program coordinator for the Animal Welfare Society in southern Maine.

Lisnik holds a college degree in animal science from the University of Vermont, and a Master’s Degree in animals and public policy from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine.
