All the HUMANE News that’s Fit to WATCH

If you saw the full-page HumaneWatch ad in this morning's New York Times, or in selected editions of The Wall Street Journal, welcome aboard. Pull up a chair and let's talk.

HumaneWatch is a serious attempt to provide some much-needed public oversight on the Humane Society of the United States. HSUS is the world's richest promoter of the philosophy that animals deserve legal "rights"—Including the right to not be eaten, the right to not be fished or hunted, and the right to sue you and me in court.

This humble blog has welcomed well over a half-million visitors since it launched three months ago. And the HumaneWatch Facebook group is already closing in on 42,000 fans. Feel free to ask questions of me directly, or air out your thoughts with the Facebook group. They're a friendly bunch—aside from the few trolls that HSUS sends in to make trouble.

Since you're new here, we've taken the liberty of putting together a "best of HumaneWatch" list so you can get up to speed quickly.

There's a wealth of information here about the Humane Society of the United States; this is just an appetizer. And HumaneWatch is here for the long haul—or at least until HSUS stops providing us with scandal after scandal after scandal.

Sunlight is truly the best disinfectant. We hope you make this page a regular stopping point along your Internet journey.

I am appalled!  I gave money during Katrina, after i received a settlement, and after this latest disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.  Had I known, I would not have supported this particular organization.  Thankfully, I do support others.

I was at a show this weekend.. put copies of this poster all over the show grounds and handed out free bumper stickers.. LOTS of people were educated.. and many already know about the HSUS.. every opportunity to let the populace know is a great one.. Thanks everyone.. for carrying the message.. those media ads are wonderful!

We need ever so much help educating the general public that while not all of them need (or should!) to breed their animals, they should seek quality breeders to buy their pets from and if we don’t get their help, we’re not going to be here to even have good pets before long—and many of those with quality aren’t going to advertise anywhere!

BRAVO—eviscerating the vegans!  Its about time these lying misfits be shown what they are—I think my mother-in-law has wasted money with them—thought was going to shelters-they need a big class action lawsuit to reclaim the millions they have so intently misled people into giving—SHAME on them
