While I’m thrilled Dr. Khuly made that post about HSUS, just the day prior, she was bragging about having a new foster dog in her care; a dog that was “liberated from a backyard by a client whose neighbor had been neglecting her” http://www.petmd.com/blogs/fullyvetted/2010/june/serial_dog_adoptions
Dr. Khuly has shown an increasing tendency to put the opinions of a select few on the AR side above and to the exclusion of the rights of owners. From her above quoted statement, it certainly sounds to me like she has no problem with the concept of being in possession of stolen property with no intent to return it.
She notes separation anxiety at the top of her list of issues for this foster dog. I’d have separation anxiety if a stranger plucked me out of my home and away from my family over a fence too.
The enemy of my enemy is not my friend if they are equally likely to harm me.
