- HSUS urges Ah-nold to force expensive California standards on out-of-state egg farmers
- Day 64 in the Gulf: HSUS still "seeing," "assessing," and "visiting" (but not actually doing anything)
- Livestock producer: HSUS's Ohio ballot initiative is a “big scam”
- KC Dog Blogger: “We should hold the world's wealthiest humane organization to a higher standard”
- HSUS’s paid solicitors say they have enough signatures in Ohio (It just took some harassment, misinformation, and mooning a few people)
- Your Daily Shelter: the Humane Society of Baltimore County (Donate. Volunteer. Adopt.)

The legislative analysts said that such a law might violate the commerce clause. HSUS withdrew it last year and brought it back again. The Modesto Bee reported that one chicken farm, J.S. West, spent $3.2mil on the rack system which expands the space for chickens however Jennifer Fearing (of HSUS) immediately stated that it would violate “the law” in 2015 and that it wasn’t good enough for HSUS.

You need to get the word out to Ohio farmers about California’s AB1437. This needs to be an important part of the information campaign before agriculturally-ignorant voters do to themselves in Ohio what voters did to themselves in California.
The Farm Board should be saying this loud and often. Banning battery cages is just the beginning, look what they did in California.
