Mindy Gilbert

 Mindy Gilbert is HSUS's Alabama State Director, overseeing legislative and lobbying actions in that state. (Click here for HSUS's Alabama-specific Facebook page.)

Gilbert joined HSUS in 2008 from Decatur Animal Services and the Walker County Humane Society, where she served as director. She is also the president of the Alabama Humane Federation and an animal cruelty investigator in the Birmingham area.
